About myself, CHRISTOPHER CARMICHAEL
I am agnostic (mostly, the rest of reality is left to be understood someday). Some of the music that I have been a part of has "harsh" content. I am a person that has love for most people in the world, we are creatures in a life and reality that overwhelms us, we have to strive in a world where we owe before we have become much but beggars and scavengers.
The world I imagine we all should live in is one where people are given some of the basic necessities for FREE, like food, water, power, housing, and clothing, by people who work for society, so people don't have to experience the hardship of the quest for money eternally. We can only get better as a society for becoming this, I believe.
I am agnostic, mostly, again I say, by the way, which means I don't have a God, and don't claim to know exactly what is or was the creator of our worlds. I believe that energy, life, people or personalities are impossible before any particle exists or whatever makes up the first elements, so I don't believe that there could be the God that so many people believe exists, because he, or she, or it has no particles to make ANYTHING, he would have been here BEFORE PARTICLES, IMPOSSIBLY. PLUS, why does it have to be ONE guy in control of EVERYTHING? We are definitely part of a world that was created by SOMETHING, that is for sure. Many other universal and cosmic creations lead me to accept the possibility that "Gods" could exist (I doubt just one, though), but I don't know what it means really to know of this phenomenon, or what it should mean if "they" or "it" present a reality. Should I and/or can I believe in the language, and/or accept the possible fact that "their" or "it's" way through space is just superimposed on our own reality, with "their" or "it's" own purpose, or should it be interpreted to be a direct contact unto our individual selves communicating "our", or "their", or "it's" purpose? I hope the people in the world can be at peace. I think we are all here to live and breathe and hopefully make another awesome universe again (as long as a parsec or two can't stretch into your houses a 100 or so billion years later like a lightening bolt when the new universe gets fired for the first time, if that's indeed how it works). We all have to deal with crazy things like hunger, shelter, politics, and government. We are living in a world where decision making can be influenced by power, expressed in many different forms, sometimes before we have had time to process feelings and emotions. So, at times, we as weak humans can FEEL powerless, and ONLY have our feelings and emotions to deal with, leaving us with a choice to decide on who we are in that moment. I'm pretty sure there have been countless (really countless?) mistakes that have been made because of this, and I for one am not on board with the whole "pressure makes you so much stronger" campaign purveyed (sold) by so many others. Maybe at times it can, but so many people are suffering in reality itself, just trying to survive. We need to help each other in order to survive, and that doesn't always work out. I truly hope that we can some day, with a great common purpose.
I am also one of the original members of Southern California's Black/Death metal band STORMBRINGER, drumming with the band for 8 years before their hiatus, recording on their debut album "ABANDON HOPE", and playing numerous live shows at venues such as the X-Games, The Whiskey a-Go-Go, Brick by Brick, and Showcase Theater. I was also a member of the BLACK-THRASH/GRINDCORE band SANGUINARY PERVERSION, drumming with the band on their DEMO and at many live shows at venues such as Club Xanth and Brick by Brick before the band's hiatus. I was also in the short term ranks of 2 other California Black/Death Metal bands, DRACONIS and SOL EVIL, drumming for both live (and one U.S. tour as session drummer with SOL EVIL) and on the albums "OVERLORDS OF THE GREYING DAWN"(DRACONIS), and "DAWN OF INFINITE OBSCURITY"(SOL EVIL).

I have a lot of aspirations musically and artistically, much involving nature on earth and space and realities beyond those places we have not seen. Life With Plugins and Gear
